With the Lunar New Year approaching, to ensure the effective implementation of cooperation matters, orders, and contracts during the holiday period, in accordance with the government's "2026 Public Holidays" schedule and our company's actual situation, we hereby announce Wanwei Telecom's service arrangements for the 2026 Lunar New Year holiday as follows:

Holiday Period: February 14th - 23rd, 2026. Normal work will resume on February 24th.

During the holiday, the finance, business, and administration departments will suspend external services. Customer service and operations and maintenance service hours will be adjusted as follows:

● Customer Service: Online consultation, Telegram, and all other communication channels will remain open.

● Operations and Maintenance: Normal on-call service from 09:00 to 02:00 the following day, February 14th - 23rd, 2026. For any technical issues, please submit a work order to quickly communicate with operations and maintenance personnel. Starting February 24, 2026, 24/7 maintenance and support services will resume.

During the holiday, all servers, power, and network at Worldwide Telecom will operate normally, and all products will function as usual. Self-service ordering and renewals will not be affected.

Special Reminders:

1. Please renew your expiring products as soon as possible to avoid business disruptions during the holiday.

2. For any other financial or contractual needs, please submit them to our company in advance, and we will arrange processing for you before the holiday.

3. In addition, please arrange maintenance monitoring and backup work in advance to avoid performing major business updates during the holiday.
